Do I need to book before visiting?
We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (July and August).
If you arrive without a reservation, we will do our best to find availability for you and your family. However, you may be asked to wait while we welcome visitors who have booked ahead.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. Bookings can be cancelled or modified, but only by phone.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If we decide to close the park due to adverse weather conditions (thunderstorms or strong winds), we will contact you using the phone number provided when booking.

Prices
What are the prices?
Prices depend on the area you choose.
Feather Zone (from 18 months): €7 per person
Children's Zone (from 4 years old – children only): €14 per person
Family Zone (from 6 years old): €17 per person
Adventure Zone (from 9 years old): €23 per person
Do spectators have to pay?
Only participants accessing the courses pay an entrance fee.
Admission to the park is free for accompanying visitors and spectators.

- Passerelles des Cimes gift vouchers
For groups, companies and public organisations, alternative payment arrangements may be available.
Is the equipment included?
Yes.
The price includes all required safety equipment:
- Harness
- Twin lanyards
- Safety connectors
- Pulley
- Helmet
For regulatory reasons, personal helmets are not accepted.
How long does an adventure session last?
The duration depends on your pace, ability level and the number of courses you choose.
Most visitors spend between 2 and 3 hours in the park.
Highly motivated adventurers can stay up to 4 hours.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes.
Discounted rates are available for groups of 10 people or more with a single payment.

For birthday parties:
- Group rates apply from 6 participants.
- 1 free place for every 10 paying participants.
Schools, youth groups, associations and companies can request a personalised quotation.
Is parking free?
Yes.
Free parking is available for all visitors.
Please note that the car park is unattended. We recommend not leaving valuables visible inside your vehicle.
Children
What is the minimum age?
Children can enjoy our courses from 18 months old.
A specially designed course allows toddlers to discover tree-top adventures safely.
All participants, including the youngest children, must wear the required safety equipment.
Do children need to be accompanied?
Yes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their visit.
Feather Zone (18 months–4 years):
An adult must remain inside the play area throughout the activity.
Children's Zone (4–6 years):
Adults supervise from the ground.
Family and Adventure Zones:
Adults may participate with their children if they purchase a ticket and wear the required equipment.
What is the minimum height requirement?
Height is measured with shoes on.
Minimum heights are:
- Children's Zone: 1.00 m
- Family Zone: 1.15 m
- Adventure Zone: 1.40 m
Can parents accompany without participating?
Yes.
For the Feather and Children's Zones, adults supervise from the ground.
For the Family and Adventure Zones, adults may either watch from the ground or participate alongside their child after purchasing a ticket.
Can teenagers come on their own?
Children under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present on site.
Teenagers aged 16 to 18 may participate without an accompanying adult and are responsible for themselves.
However, they cannot supervise younger children.
Can I organise a birthday party at the park?
Absolutely!
We offer discounted rates for birthday groups.
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, drinks and snacks.
Picnic tables are available throughout the park.
For fire safety reasons, candles, sparklers and any open flames are strictly prohibited.

Where is Passerelles des Cimes located?
Passerelles des Cimes is located in Lagnes, in the heart of Provence, between L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and the Luberon.

Can we have a picnic on site?
Yes.
Numerous picnic tables are available throughout the park.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Fresh drinking water and dry toilets are also available.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes.
Eco-friendly dry toilets are available for all visitors.
Drinking water taps are also available throughout the park
Are there lockers?
Yes.
Free lockers with keys are available for your personal belongings.
A deposit will be requested when collecting the locker key and returned when the key is handed back.
Is there a snack bar?
Yes.
Our snack bar is open throughout the day and offers:
- Cold drinks
- Ice creams
- Crêpes
- Waffles
- Paninis
- Hot dogs
You may also bring your own picnic.
Safety
What safety system do you use?
All participants receive:
- Harness
- Twin lanyards
- Safety connectors
- Pulley
Our courses are equipped with the ZAZA® continuous lifeline system, which keeps participants connected to the safety cable at all times.
This greatly reduces the risk of handling errors.
Is there a safety briefing?
Yes, always.
Before starting, participants:
- Receive their equipment from a qualified instructor.
- Watch a safety briefing video.
- Complete a practice course under supervision.
Access to the courses is only authorised after successful validation of the practice course.
Is wearing a helmet compulsory?
Helmets are mandatory for all participants under 16 years old.
For participants aged 16 and over, helmets are strongly recommended.
What happens if I get stuck on a course?
Don't worry.
Qualified instructors constantly monitor the courses and can:
- Give advice from the ground.
- Assist you at height.
- Lower you safely using a rescue rope if necessary.
Whether you are tired, afraid of heights or simply wish to stop, our team is there to help.
What happens during thunderstorms, strong winds or wildfire risk?
Visitor safety is our highest priority.
The park may close or be evacuated if weather conditions or wildfire risks require it.
Our instructors are trained in emergency evacuation procedures and all visitors must follow their instructions.
Depending on the circumstances and the duration of the activity already completed, partial refunds or return invitations may be offered.
Are the courses inspected regularly?
Yes.
Safety inspections are carried out throughout the year:
- Before every opening day.
- Regularly by our technical managers.
- Annually by an independent inspection body.
- Regular tree health inspections.
- Daily and periodic inspections of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
All inspections comply with French regulations governing tree-top adventure parks.
Are participants insured?
Passerelles des Cimes holds Professional Public Liability Insurance in accordance with French regulations.
In the event of an accident, an incident report is completed and submitted to our insurer when required.
Each participant remains responsible for their own actions and may be personally liable for damage caused to others.
